Subject: When preparation becomes the risk

You have a working product, paying pilot customers, and the legal and security questions substantially handled. At that point, another QA round, pricing revision, or edge-case analysis may feel responsible—but it can also become “thinking too precisely on the event”: one part wisdom, three parts cowardice.

The sharper question is whether you still have a material risk to resolve, or only uncertainty you want eliminated. When you have cause, will, strength, and means, continued delay creates its own risk: lost momentum and decisions made without real users.

I can send a concise decision rule for your team: what must be true before launch, what can be learned after it, and when debate ends. Would that be useful?
